The Prime Minister of India has given a call for a "Swachh Bharat" wanting a clean India. Taking a cue from this slogan, we at BRDF pledge to create clean villages, clean Mohallas, clean surroundings, thus giving a much needed push to create a healthier India – "Swasth Bharat".
BRDF proposes to prepare the target population for cleanliness all around by lectures and other tools to inculcate a habit of cleanliness amongst them. Under this initiative, BRDF plans to create awareness about need for cleanliness right from school level, helping create proper toilets in schools and homes of the rural population wherever required, creating covered drainage system, clearing stagnant water pockets in and around villages and human settlements. We also plan to motivate residents to participate in cleanliness drives.
In addition, BRDF plans to assist in national schemes like eradication of Polio, Malaria, Dengue and other such diseases by participating and motivating the target population to vaccinate their children to protect them against these diseases. In addition, we plan to conduct medical camps with the help of Allopathic, Homeopathic & Ayurvedic Medical Practitioners from time to time.
Apart from health and hygiene of human beings, we plan to conduct periodical camps for health check-up of domestic animals and pets.
